Kendlebell can remove the stress of staff having to always answer calls as well as concentrate on their jobs. We can do this by answering the majority of calls and distributing the messages to the relevant staff to deal with and prioritise accordingly. If your business is receiving between 180 and 270 messages per month, it would be best suited to this package. |
