Electrolux Ireland have renewed their contract for the provision of Service Desk Solutions with Kendlebell Naas.
Thomas Lee, Head of After Sales at Electrolux Ireland, stated that the decision was a relatively easy one as over the past 12 months Tony and the team at Kendlebell Naas has delivered exceptional service to Electrolux and their callers, which allowed Electrolux to maintain and improve their reputation for delivering quality service.
Tony Clarke, MD of Kendlebell Naas was delighted to be awarded the contract for a further 12 months and commented that Kendlebell Naas is going from strength to strength and that securing the contract with Electrolux was a testament to the commitment of his staff. “Here at Kendlebell Naas we are very different from other services, we constantly strive to ensure that all callers are dealt with in a manner which we would like to be dealt with ourselves - in a courteous and professional way. Kendlebell Naas are delighted to announce that they have been awarded the contract to manage The service desk for Electrolux Ireland. The contract will see Kendlebell handling 70000 + contacts each year by phone , email and fax. Thomas Lee , Head of After Sales at Electrolux Ireland, said that the reason they had chosen Kendlebell Naas was because of the commitment to exceptional service from Tony and his team and their ability to customise the service to meet the exact needs of Electrolux, thereby assuring that customers, both trade and consumer, would be dealt with in the same way as if they were contacting Electrolux directly. They contract will result in 3 new positions being created in Kendlebell Naas.
