Kendlebell Naas are delighted to announce that they have been awarded the contract to manage The service desk for Electrolux Ireland. The contract will see Kendlebell handling 70000 + contacts each year by phone , email and fax. Thomas Lee , Head of After Sales at Electrolux Ireland, said that the reason they had chosen Kendlebell Naas was because of the commitment to exceptional service from Tony and his team and their ability to customise the service to meet the exact needs of Electrolux, thereby assuring that customers, both trade and consumer, would be dealt with in the same way as if they were contacting Electrolux directly.
