This top quality service is delivered by our dedicated team of professional PA's whose commitment to our customers is second to none. Tony Clarke Our Managing Director, Tony Clarke, has worked in the stationery manufacturing industry in Ireland & the UK for the past 20 years. His most recent role was as Managing Director of Capital Spicers Limited in Dublin and John Dickinson Ledbury in Herefordshire, both of which were part of DS Smith Plc. Tony who has a B.A. in Management is also a Director of Guaranteed Irish Limited. Tony's vast and varied business experience and absolute commitment to customer service, ensures that the service from Kendlebell Naas is second to none. He has built a strong team around him over the past three years and personally manages each customer account , to ensure that their exact needs are catered for.        Mary Travers Kenny        Mary Travers Kenny joined Kendlebell Naas in July 2008 having previously worked in administrator roles in Rathangan and Leixlip. Mary brings a wealth of experience in dealing with the public from her previous roles in industry and her calm demeanour is a great asset in our busy environment. Mary handles calls for a number of our clients and works closely with them to help grow their business.               EMMA CLARKE        Emma Clarke has previously worked with AIB in their customer support services centre and has excellent experience in dealing with customers. Emma enjoys interaction with people and her pleasant personality and manner ensures that she handles customer calls in a friendly and professionally manner        Karen Keane        Karen has held a number of positions in major companies in her career to date. Her excellent organisational and interpersonal skills are a great benefit to Kendlebell’s clients. Her experience of working with extremely busy directors who required excellent back up stands to her in her dealings with all of our callers.                 Christina Manning Christina joined us initially providing maternity cover for Beth Behan.In September 09 she joined us as a full time member of the team. Chris worked for a number of years in the banking sector in various roles and has an extremely broad range of experience in the area of customer service and care. Marguerite Thompson Marguerite joined Kendlebell Naas in early 2010 having spent 12 years as a Call Centre Supervisor in LWA Associates. Marguerite's vast experience working with LWA gives her a unique insight into the expectations of Call Management clients. She has quickly integrated into our team and become a valuable asset to our clients. Orlagh Deegan Orlagh comes to Kendlebell Naas having spent a number of years in the recruitment industry in Ireland. She holds an MSc. in Business and Entrepreneurship and has great knowledge of the requirement of start ups and SME's. She greatly compliments the existing team in Kendlebell Naas Our Electrolux Team. In July 2010 Kendlebell Naas were awarded the contract to look after the Service Desk for Electrolux Ireland. We recruited a team of 3 people who are dedicated solely to manning the Electrolux Service Desk. These team members are June Kealy Carol Ann Potter Fiona O Connell All three members of the Electrolux team have extensive experience of working in a busy contact management centre. June joined us having worked in a similar capacity , looking after a service desk, with LWA Associates. Carol Ann previously worked as Centre Coordinator with our near neighbours in Johnstown Business Centre , while Fiona has previous experience of working in PA positions in a Call Centre. They work together in a close knit team ensuring that the high quality standards , set by Electrolux Ireland are consistently achieved and exceeded.
