Our personal assistants will answer your incoming calls, establish who the call is for and contact the person on their direct dial or mobile number. We announce the call to the person sought and should they wish to take the call we transfer it seamlessly. If our call is unanswered or they are unavailable to speak to that caller, we take the call back, take a message from the caller and send on the details to relevant person or persons, via text and/or email.
