The Kendlebell Naas team will act exactly as you would expect any personal assistant to operate. Our team will answer your incoming calls; book, reschedule, cancel and generally handle appointments as required, we can also process payments. Our team are trained on a number of diary and CRM systems, and adding a new one is not a problem.

While those utilising our diary management service are dealing with their clients, we can handle all calls. For any calls or diary changes made we send on the details to relevant person or persons, via text and/or email.

What is Diary Management?

At Kendlebell Naas, diary management is more than filling slots (not all appointments are the same). We enable our clients to maximise their appointment levels with their clients, while ensuring that callers have a positive appointment booking experience, whether they are calling to reschedule an appointment or to make their first appointment with the clinic.

Our dedicated personal assistants schedule, confirm, and optimise every appointment.

The result: a well managed fully booked diary, with minimal missed or empty appointment slots.

We operate 8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, 47 ½ hours a week as standard.

We allocate 10 incoming lines per client (which means we can have 10 calls on at one time), with more added if required.
