Background Information
Kendlebell Naas was established in 2007. Having primarly focused on the SME sector initially our Management Team quickly realised that our services could be of great benefit to Corporate Clients in Ireland and UK. In 2011, we were appointed as the Contact Service Centre for Electrolux Ireland dealing with all service calls for Electrolux appliances and booking service calls where necessary. Shortly thereafter with our reputation for Exceptional Customer Service established we provided Call Centre Services to a German White Goods Manufacturer and a large Private Hospital.
Today, we continue to offer our services to over 200 clients in the SME sector as well as Corporate Clients in various Industries. However, whether a one person operation or a major corporate client, they all have one thing in common, they wish to offer their clients the exceptional customer service on which we have built our business.
The main difference between Kendlebell Naas and other providers is the quality of the caller experience – we tend to slightly overstaff ensuring that calls and answered and handled quickly, message quality is for us a big focus area and the Kendlebell Naas team difference, we do tend to avoid scripts, enabling our team to handle each caller individually. All of our Customer Care Agents are highly trained to enable them to supply a quality service to our clients. This involves systems training, call answering technique and a detailed level of training to become familiar with each of our clients individual requirements. All our agents have English as their first language and are based in Ireland. They are trained to deliver over and above for each clients, often becoming very familiar with our clients and, more importantly, their customers. They act as the front face of our clients to their customers and , therefore, need to be friendly and efficient when answering our client’s calls.
