Kendlebell Naas are currently looking recruiting for a Personal Assistants / Call Handlers, be that one full-time staff member or 2 part-time staff. Kendlebell Naas have been operating in Naas since 2007. We provide telephone answering and virtual receptionist services to a wide range of clients. Although most of our clients are based in Ireland, we have clients in Europe and Worldwide. Our business is built on delivering exceptional customer service.
Role(s)
Currently our team of Personal Assistants / Call Handlers work different days, times and so on. With some on 3 fixed days a week, others work 4 days and some are full-time. We are open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm, although most of the team work 9.00am to 5.00pm. The early morning and evening hours shared amongst the team. These positions are in office based (Ladytown Business Park Naas). There are no weekend shifts. The people required must have excellent written and spoken English with good keyboard skills. The ability to work under pressure and to deliver excellent customer service is a must. Previous experience of working in an office is a advantage, but not a requirement.
Full training provided. Excellent attendance and time keeping is a prerequisite for all candidates. €12.70 per hour starting salary (sub rates for U20s), with a review after a successful 6 month trial. The divert options vary dependent on provider, and multiple lines can be diverted in.
