General Information

Our normal hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-6:00pm (including lunch hours). This covers the majority of our clients needs. However we can provide extended hours and a full 24 X 7 Service if required. We’re there for whenever you need us!

We are located In Ladytown Business Park in Naas W91 X603. Please feel free to reach out to arrange a meeting (online or in-person) or a call with one of our team, call 045 409600 for more info or email us directly (here).

Our services are customised to meet your needs and include  answering your calls; handling queries, scheduling appointments (rescheduling too) and  even acting as your service desk.

We also provide Outbound Calling Services, Business Telephone Numbers including geographic and non-geographic (1800 and 0818) numbers, boardroom rental and a registered office.

Our client base is very diverse, including but not limited to: solicitors, accountants, physiotherapists, podiatrists, financial advisors, trades, waste companies, agri-businesses, a private hospital and lots more.

We have the resources and experience to deal with large, medium, small and micro-businesses, and because we do slightly overstaff to ensure quality, we can also on-board new clients very quickly if there is a need to do so.

Our Personal Assistants answer your calls and make appointments/changes live on  your diary system, saving you up to 70% of the cost of employing a receptionist (or providing additional support to your in-house receptionist).

While you/your team are busy in appointments, your dedicated team of Personal Assistants at Kendlebell Naas can take calls and handle all things diary related: new appointments, new clients, deposits, cancellations, running lates, reschedules, appointment changes generally and lots more.

Our team is made up of 15 staff at the moment, not all are full time. Some are with us many years, others are newer, some are related to each other!

 

We are really lucky to have a good group of people (in conjunction with great clients), our team deliver daily for our clients and have done since 2007.

Telephone Answering

Every call is answered by one of our in-house Personal Assistants. They will answer to a script as agreed with you in advance and then either take messages and email or/and text on (to multiple team members if required), transfer calls to your landline or mobile, update your diary or your CRM.

Our Telephone Answering Service is conducted by our team of nominated Personal Assistants who answer your calls in your businesses name, gather the details you require from each caller and relay this information to you by priority text or email.

Our Virtual Receptionist Service is similar however our Personal Assistants will contact you on your mobile or landline, giving you the option to accept or reject the call. If accepted the call is transferred seamlessly to you, reject it (I am in a meeting at the moment or I can’t talk to him right know, tell him I’ll call back in 20 minutes) and we will take a message which is then relayed by text/email.

First the incoming call is answered by our Personal Assistants in your personalised greeting, the caller’s name, contact details and query is taken.

In the case of virtual reception, the call is then transferred over to the relevant person depending on their wishes. If they are unavailable/don’t wish to take the call we take a message and relay the details by text/email which is the standard situation for telephone answering clients.

Our Personal Assistants will answer every call in your business name. You simply inform us how you’d like us to greet your customers and we’ll greet them in that exact manner. It’s that simple! What’s more you can change/tweak this greeting any time.

Our team Personal Assistants are fully informed about how your business operates. When a call comes in our information screens will display information about you such as your name, location, hours and services, if Joe or Jane Bloggs is on annual leave this week and so on.

We encourage our clients to keep us in the loop so we can communicate with callers with the most up-to-date information.

We’re here for whenever you need us, whether it’s during your normal business hours, to provide cover for lunch, holiday or maternity breaks, to act as your contingency service or simply to be there when you are in meetings. You can forward your telephones to us whenever you need to and are only invoiced for the calls we take on your behalf when you forward to us.

We are ready and available, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm, 47 1/2 hours a week as standard.
