Set-up

Through our services we can pull your team back together while enabling them to remain decentralised. Or add scale if you are a one person operation. Setting up phone numbers and Telephone Answering/Virtual Receptionist with us is usually straightforward – less than 4 hours. 24/7 call answering is also available set-up generally takes 24hrs, depending on complexity of calls. The turnaround on Diary Management can be a little longer perhaps 24hrs. We have staff trained on Cliniko, TM3. Google Diaries, Citrix, PPS & Jane App. There is some anti-money laundering documentation required for the registered business address but we would normally confirm in less than 24hrs.  

Prices

Prices do vary upon which services are opted for. Telephone numbers are from €20 per month, Telephone Answering is from €55 per month (plus a flat rate of €35 if call transferring), Diary Management is €30 per diary and a registered business address is €360 per annum, plus postage (you can also opt for collection or scanning if you so wish). Prices are ex VAT. All in all you could centralise you office with us, starting from €135*. Ready to answer your calls in a consistent, professional and engaging manner. Plus our services are provided for less than the cost of the in-house alternatives, you get more for less with Kendlebell Naas. That said our services are not all about cost, improved customer experience is also a big positive. Our general hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm (out of hours also available), no holidays, no sick days, no breaks, no force majeure, no paternity leave, no maternity leave, if the phone rings we answer the call. Usually in 3 rings (9 seconds) or less.

Set-up

Setting up with us is usually straightforward – less than 4 hours. We require some information from you in relation to your business and staff, along with guidance on how you would like calls dealt with and so on. When our end is ready we then provide you with a divert number to divert to. How you divert to us is again up to you, be that unconditional (all calls) or conditional (busy, unanswered, etc.).

When that number rings with us, we answer it as directed by you; “Good morning/afternoon Kendlebell Naas, XXXX speaking, how may I help you?”. When a call comes in we take a detailed message which is then relayed to you by email, text or both. Alternatively, calls can be transferred directly to you or your colleagues, on your Direct Dial or mobile phone number. For some clients, we mange diaries, take payments, log service calls, others simply take simple messages right the way to informing the client that the shop might be closed for 2 weeks a Mark and Mary are gone holidays!
