Kendlebell Naas are currently looking recruiting for a Personal Assistants / Call Handlers, be that one full-time staff member or 2 part-time staff. Kendlebell Naas have been operating in Naas since 2007. We provide telephone answering and virtual receptionist services to a wide range of clients. Although most of our clients are based in Ireland, we have clients in Europe and Worldwide. Our business is built on delivering exceptional customer service.

Role(s)

Currently our team of Personal Assistants / Call Handlers work different days, times and so on. With some on 3 fixed days a week, others work 4 days and some are full-time. We are open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm, although most of the team work 9.00am to 5.00pm. The early morning and evening hours shared amongst the team. These positions are in office based (Ladytown Business Park Naas). There are no weekend shifts. The people required must have excellent written and spoken English with good keyboard skills. The ability to work under pressure and to deliver excellent customer service is a must. Previous experience of working in an office is a advantage, but not a requirement.

Full training provided. Excellent attendance and time keeping is a prerequisite for all candidates. €12.70 per hour starting salary (sub rates for U20s), with a review after a successful 6 month trial. Companies’ recruitment plans are at their highest in six years with 90% of employers looking continue hiring in 2023 despite worries about an economic downturn, a new survey shows. Lynch said that challenges will persist in the year ahead as employers and employees “continue to grapple with the rising cost of living and inflation and a more cautious mood in the Irish tech sector. Skills shortages remain a persistent problem for employers, the majority of whom have had to increase wages to both attract new talent into the workplace and retain in-demand existing employees. This is a trend that shows no sign of slowing down in the year ahead,” she said.

In terms of available hours, our service vs a 9to5 in-house receptionist. We provide 2 1/2 hours more time a day, by finishing earlier, starting later and working through lunch. When annual leave is accounted for, an in-house receptionist works 232 days a year, we operate 252 days a year (as standard). There are certain unaccounted for costs/stresses our service removes.
